Welp, time to bring out the pistol

Google has just informed me that it now requires two-factor authentication. Time to pull the trigger and shoot my Google account in the head. It'll be quite a hassle to migrate everything over to Proton, but at least I'm paid up.

In Shadowrun terms, I'm burning my SIN.

Urgh. I have a problem with one Google account which started several years ago, and worry it may yet happen to my other accounts too.
How did Google inform you of this? Was it by not letting you log in?

Sigh, it doesn't sound good. I mostly worry about losing control of my Youtube account as I stopped using the email for most everything. I already removed a lot of videos from my Youtube channel but left the most popular ones up.
